Shipping policy

About delivery

As a general rule, delivery will be arranged by "Yu-Pack" within Japan and by "EMS" outside of Japan.

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days counting from the next day.

We will bear the shipping costs for all items.

Import duties and other taxes

If you purchase goods outside of Japan and receive them outside of Japan, you may be charged taxes and duties upon receipt of the goods.

In such cases, please be advised that you will be required to pay these taxes and duties when you receive the merchandise or at a later date.

In such cases, you will not be required to pay the sales tax at the time of purchase.

If your account is not registered, sales tax may not be excluded at the time of payment.

Please set your regional settings to your area of residence to exclude sales tax at the time of payment.
