Terms of service

Keeprize inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") for the online store service operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Use of this service is subject to acceptance of all terms and conditions.


Article 1 Scope and Amendment of these Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use shall apply to the Company and users of the Service, including Members (as defined in Article 2).

The Terms of Use may be added or modified without the prior consent of the user by notifying the user by e-mail or other means deemed appropriate by the Company, without obtaining the user's prior consent.


Article 2 Membership

A "member" is defined as a person who has accepted all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and applies for membership registration in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company.

The membership registration procedure shall be performed by the person who wishes to become a member, in accordance with the method designated by the Company from the service's membership registration page.

The Company reserves the right to refuse registration and cancel a registration without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply to a person who has applied for membership registration

  • In the event that it is known that a member's membership registration has been cancelled or otherwise terminated due to past violations of the terms and conditions of the services provided by the Company.
  • If the membership application contains false information
  • In the event of any other violation of these Terms and Conditions

However, even if the approval is revoked, the member in question shall not be exempted from responsibility for fulfilling payment obligations and other obligations under the Terms and Conditions that have already arisen as a result of this service.


Article 3 Change of Registration Details

If there is any change in the contents of the registration information, or any other information that has been submitted to the Company, the member shall immediately change the registration information in a manner separately specified by the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred due to a failure to make such changes.


Article 4 Management of User ID and Password

  • Members shall be solely responsible for the use and management of the user ID and password set, authorized, and registered by the member at the time of membership registration, etc.
  • Members shall not transfer, succeed, change the name of, lend, disclose, or divulge their user ID and password to any third party.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from negligence in the use of a member's user ID and password or credit card number, or unauthorized use by a third party.

Article 5 Prohibitions

In using the Service, users shall not engage in any of the following acts

  • Violation of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
  • Submitting false registration information at the time of use
  • Actions that violate laws and regulations, are connected to crimes, are offensive to public order and morals, or have the potential to be so.
  • Any action that may interfere with the operation of this service or otherwise disrupt this service.
  • Any act that infringes or may infringe on the property, privacy, intellectual property such as copyrights, or other rights of other users, third parties, or the Company
  • Actions that cause or may cause annoyance, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties, or the Company.
  • Unauthorized use of user IDs and passwords
  • It is prohibited to resell products purchased from us to third parties for commercial purposes or to provide them to third parties for resale or reproduction purposes.
  • If we confirm a violation of the terms and conditions, such as resale or reproduction, and conduct our own investigation and identify the person, we will, at our discretion, suspend the use of the service and membership. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any applicable order even after the order has been completed.
  • Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate.

Article 6 Copyright

  • Article 6 Copyright Reproduction, copying, transferring, etc. of the contents, text, and images of this site without permission is prohibited.
  • In the event of a problem arising from a violation of these Terms of Use, the user shall resolve the problem at his/her own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the Company.

Article 7 Purchase of goods

  • Users may use the Service to purchase products, etc. from the Company.
  • Users may purchase products or use services in accordance with the method designated by the Company when they wish to purchase products or other services.
  • Upon completion of the acceptance of the application in the preceding paragraph, a purchase agreement for the relevant products, etc. shall be formed between the user and the Company.
  • Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the event of fraudulent or inappropriate use of the Service, the Company may cancel or terminate the sales contract, or take other appropriate measures.
  • The user shall be responsible for any damage or liability arising from the purchase of the product, even if a third party applies for the product during the purchase process.

Article 8 Settlement Method

  • The amount paid for goods, etc. will be the total purchase price including consumption tax.
  • Payment for products purchased through the Service shall be made by credit card in the user's name.
  • Payment by credit card is subject to the terms and conditions separately contracted by the member with the credit card company.
  • In the event of a dispute between a member and a third party, such as a credit card company, the dispute shall be resolved by both parties concerned, and the Company shall assume no responsibility whatsoever.

Article 9 Return and Exchange of Products

In principle, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.


Although we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, there are cases where stains, dullness, or dirt may inevitably remain due to the characteristics of remaking old clothes and fabrics.
In addition, there may be differences in color and texture between the actual product and the screen on the PC monitor, and depending on the product, there may be differences in shape, color, etc. between the product on the screen and the product on the monitor due to its characteristics.


Article 10 Disclaimer of Liability for Products, etc.

In the event of a problem due to an unknown delivery address, etc., the Company shall be exempt from liability by contacting the contact person registered by the user and delivering the product to the delivery address indicated when the product was purchased.


Article 11 Management of Information

As a general rule, we will not disclose to third parties any information disclosed by users during the registration process or subsequent registration of changes in information without the prior consent of the user. For details, please refer to the separate section.


Article 12 Maintenance of Service

In operating and managing the Service, the Company may suspend or discontinue the Service without prior notice to users in any of the following cases. In addition, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of the suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

  • When urgent or periodic maintenance of the system of this service equipment, etc. is required.
  • In the event that system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, natural disaster, or other force majeure
  • When system operation becomes difficult due to sabotage by a third party, etc.
  • In any other cases where the Company deems it necessary to suspend the system.

Article 13 Other Disclaimers

  • The Company shall not be liable for any and all damages caused by the User's inability to use the Service.
  • The Company shall be exempted from liability by processing the affairs in accordance with the user's registration details.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages or other losses incurred as a result of a member's violation of these Terms of Use.
  • If a user causes damage to another member or a third party by using the service, the member shall settle the matter at his/her own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage to the Company.

Article 14 Miscellaneous

In the event that any matter is not stipulated in these Terms of Use or any question arises regarding the interpretation of these Terms of Use, we and the user shall discuss and resolve the matter in good faith.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Concluded
