This is a comfortable blouson jacket with a colorful, windy picture scroll pattern. This Fukuro Obi is a remake of a very expensive artist's Fukuro Obi, which has a unique and luxurious feel of its own.
This orange and gold foil thread woven obi has a Nagoya obi pattern design that elegantly depicts an emaki monogatari (picture scroll story) like the Tale of Genji. Gray rib-knit cuffs, collar, and waistband, lined with Meisen fabric. An adhesive core is used on the back of the obi fabric to add tension to the fabric and contribute to the finish of the work.
