The gaucho pants are made from two types of auspicious arabesque patterned fabric, featuring a retro finish achieved through persimmon dyeing.
The fabrics used are fabric (A) with a blue and white arabesque pattern and fabric (B) with a green and white arabesque pattern, both dyed with persimmon.
Originally sewn into a 30 cm width, they were unraveled, sewn together, and crafted into the final product. Fabric A is used for the gaucho pants, while fabric B is used for the pocket sections.
The waistband features three rows of elastic. The navy arabesque pattern is quite rare.
Although the fabrics seem to be quite old, dyeing with persimmon has added strength to the material.
