This work combines old indigo-dyed fabric and Kurume Kasuri, remade into pants ideal for everyday use. Based on a plain old cloth, patchwork tape made of Kurume-gasuri fabric is added below the thighs, resulting in a design that complements each other.
Scraps of Kurume Kasuri are used for patchwork tapes and pocket linings to complement the indigo color of the fabric. The adjustable three-tiered elastic waistband is breathable and comfortable to wear.
The quaint indigo-dyed fabric brings out the chic charm of this piece.
